Fight Clubs
Train harder. Together.
A sharper training environment for people who want to test what they know — controlled sparring, close coaching and no egos, run across Warwickshire.
Intensity, with the safety built in.
Fight Club is where technique meets pressure. It is the session for students who have learned the shapes and now want to find out what holds up when someone is moving back at them — without the bravado that usually comes with it.
Sparring here is a learning tool, not a test of toughness. Rounds are structured, partners are matched carefully and protective equipment is required throughout.
Who it's for
Anyone who already trains, or who has trained before and wants a way back in. You don't need to compete, and you don't need to be the fittest person in the room — you do need to be happy working with a partner.
What a session looks like
A thorough warm-up, technical work on one or two ideas, then progressive partner drills that build towards controlled sparring. Intensity is dialled up and down deliberately, never left to chance.
How it's coached
Small groups, close supervision and clear rules of engagement. Everyone is paired thoughtfully, and rounds are stopped and reset the moment control slips.
Where it runs
Sessions run across Warwickshire, within reach of Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa and Kenilworth. Locations are confirmed with each block.
