Early Years Programme · Nursery Ninjas

Inspiring a love for Martial Arts from the very start.

12 weeks. New skills. New confidence.

Nursery Ninjas is Bamboo Studios' 12-week martial arts programme created specifically for 3–4 year olds. Through playful, structured sessions, children learn the foundations of martial arts while developing confidence, coordination, focus and resilience.

What is Nursery Ninjas?

Built around how three and four year olds actually learn.

Nursery Ninjas is a warm, structured introduction to martial arts, designed entirely around the developmental needs of early years children — short bursts of activity, clear routines and plenty of encouragement.

Children move, play, listen and try. Over twelve weeks those small moments add up to something they can feel proud of.

The White Belt

Their First Belt. A Big Achievement.

After 12 weeks of learning, practising and growing, children have the opportunity to earn their first White Belt — giving them something tangible to celebrate and remember.

The belt marks achievement, effort and personal growth — not simply technical ability.

What Your Child Gets From Nursery Ninjas

You aren't simply signing your child up for a martial arts class. You're giving them twelve weeks of structured opportunities to move, learn, try, get it wrong, improve and achieve.

Some weeks they'll bound in. Some weeks they'll hang back. Both are fine — our coaches are patient, and the programme is built to meet children where they are.

What they take home is bigger than a belt: a little more confidence, a little more focus, and the memory of finishing something they started.
