What we deliver

Provision that fits the school day.

After-school clubs

A structured weekly club with a clear syllabus and visible progression. Children learn genuine Lau Gar Kung Fu — stances, blocks, kicks, sets and forms — in a calm, disciplined and enjoyable environment.

PE & curriculum sessions

Daytime sessions that support physical literacy, balance, coordination and control. Sessions can run as a half-term block or as a full-term programme, mapped to your PE objectives.

Enrichment & activity days

Whole-year-group or whole-school days combining martial arts, movement games and teamwork. Ideal for enrichment weeks, health weeks, sports days and transition days.

Confidence & wellbeing

Small-group sessions focused on self-regulation, resilience and confidence — often used for pupils who find team sports difficult or need a different route into physical activity.

Workshops & assemblies

Short, high-impact sessions on focus, respect, discipline and personal safety, with demonstrations that hold a hall of children completely still.

Nursery Ninjas (ages 3–4)

A 12-week early years programme building listening, coordination, discipline and confidence, finishing with a genuine White Belt grading and certificate.
