Bamboo Studios is a martial arts, movement and community company based in Warwickshire. You can contact us at hello@bamboostudios.co.uk.

When you complete a contact form or register interest in our classes, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), general location, your child's age bracket where relevant, your preferred days and times, what you are interested in, and how you heard about us.

We do not ask for medical, health or other sensitive information at the interest stage.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, and — where you have given consent — to send you information about class launches, venues, timetables, introductory sessions and priority booking.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your details are stored securely in our private enquiry database and are accessible only to Bamboo Studios. We keep them for as long as they are needed to contact you about the classes and services you registered interest in.

You can withdraw consent, ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@bamboostudios.co.uk. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

Interest registrations for children's classes are completed by a parent or guardian. We only collect a child's age bracket so we can recommend the right class.
